Cancellations
Event registrations canceled seven days to ten days from the event date/starting time are subject to a 50% refund.  Cancellations made within seven days of the event date/starting time are non-refundable.  No-shows and cancellations after the date/starting time are non-refundable.  In its place, handouts if any may be forwarded to the no show.

Videotape and/or Photograph Policy
WC-IECA reserves the right to videotape and/or photograph sessions, events, and chapter activities to be potentially used in future marketing and collateral material.
