The Western Chapter International Erosion Control Association (WCIECA) is organized to unite interested parties into a group for the discovery, collection, preservation, and dissemination of knowledge toward the attainment of effective and economical methods of preventing erosion and sedimentation.  The chapter serves members located in Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, and California.
